This charming, neo-Provençal-style guesthouse features a heated outdoor swimming pool from May to September, free wifi and free secure parking. A large covered terrace, a relaxation area and a bowling alley are, among others, available during your stay. Ideally located to discover the French Riviera, Villa Topi is located 8 km from marine land park Marineland, 10 km from Cannes and 18 km from Nice CĂŽte d’Azur airport. Your host Carole’s taste for civilizations and distant lands discovered during many trips, led her to decorate the house according to exotic themes. The covered terrace

Guests can enjoy a african-inspired lounge on the indoor outdoor terrace to play the piano, share a game of cards, chess, board games, or simply rest and read by the fire.

The pool

A heated swimming pool from May to September
is available during your stay.
You will find all the necessary facilities to enjoy a sunbathing (transats, umbrellas ...)

Breakfast

Every morning a breakfast is served on the covered terrace overlooking the pool. It can also be served on the private terraces of the rooms and suite, on request. Guests can enjoy pastries, fresh bread and homemade jams.

The bar and the lounge area

From 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., the bar area welcomes you for a moment of relaxation overlooking the covered terrace. A French billiard table is available on request. Drinks will be offered as an extra.

Outdoor games

The house offers many activities to practice with friends or family such as a bowling alley, a ping-pong table and outdoor games (molky, badminton, archery...).

Indoor activities

If you want a fun moment, Villa Topi offers many indoor activities such as a piano, board games, a game of chess or a multitude of books.
